These Terms of Service govern your use of aeternalife.store and all purchases of NEXORA products sold by Aeternalife Health. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to these terms.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product. All product descriptions are made in good faith and to the best of our knowledge.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if pricing errors occur.

4. Orders & Fulfillment

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. In the event of cancellation, you will receive a full refund. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on aeternalife.store, including the NEXORA brand name, logos, images, copy, and design, is the property of Aeternalife Health and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

Aeternalife Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable U.S. law.
